The Body You Build
Now give the body the love and care it’s earned:
a lifetime of carrying you, the miles and the years,
and yes, the muscle wastes when it is left unused,
the bone grows thin, the balance fails, the breath comes short.
But ask it, and the body answers still:
the muscle thickens, the thinning bone grows dense,
the balance steadies, the breath returns with use.
So keep moving, day by day, toward a life you love.
The body you tend is the body on your side,
build it strong for the crowning years ahead.
