Health as Life is an ongoing practice: health carried in the forms human cultures have always used to hold what matters — poems, songs, images, stories. Each piece is a small diagnosis of a life that is a body.
The conviction beneath it is simple: health and life are one. Health with no life to live is nothing; life without health becomes a weight to carry.
The work is published in collections. Our Life holds health as relational and inherited; Care for Life holds the daily pillars; Modern Traps names the modern habits that quietly erode both. The Our Life set now also lives in Hindi as हमारा जीवन, with more languages to follow.
The Health As Life Foundation
Health as Life grows toward something larger — the Health As Life Foundation: a dream of a community and a shared effort to empower and motivate people to care for their own health, and the health of the people they love. It is taking shape now, carried by the belief that runs through every poem here — that a good life is one we craft, together, day by day. If that moves you, join us and help it grow.
